New To PUBG? Here Are Some Things That You Need To Know

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds was the most popular app on Google Play Store and the game gains more and more players every day. For those who are new at this, the game can be a bit confusing. Therefore, we have prepared a list of useful tips that can help you get started.

How to win the match?

One thing that you should know about PUBG is that the goal of the game is to be the last one to survives. Getting kills is helpful, but this is not the most important thing. In fact, it is recommended that you try to lay low, at least in the beginning.

Avoid big towns

Your game will begin once you decide where to launch. This decision is more important than you could imagine. If there is a big town directly under the flight path, you should avoid it. There will be many players which means that it will be dangerous to land there as a beginner.

The basics

Once you land you need to start looting. Make sure that you get the basic protection: a helmet and a bulletproof vest. There are three levels for these items, and level three items are the best ones. You will also need a weapon and we recommend assault rifles (ARs) if you can find them, as they are the most versatile and powerful ones. You also need to make sure that you have a backpack and healing items.

Fall damage

You can hurt yourself if you fall from high locations. If you jump from three stories for example, you will suffer from minor injuries. Things can become more severe. From example, falling off a cliff can even kill you.

Healing to 100%

If you need to regain all your Health back, there are two ways to do it. First of all, you can use a First Aid Kit and then use “boost” items such as Painkillers and Energy Drinks which will slowly heal you over time (and they might even offer you a speed boost). You can also get all your health back if you use a Medkit, but those are quite rare.

Bandages can also help regain your health. Although you need to apply several ones and it will take some time to heal. First Aid Kits will help you regain your health instantly. However, these can only help you get back up to 75% of your health. For the rest you need boost items.

Avoid open doors

Once you see a building with an open door, you should stay away from it. All the doors in the game are closed in the beginning and if a door is open it means that someone opened it. If another player was there, all the good loot is already gone. Worse than that, there is also a chance that the player is still there.

Training

If you want to find out how certain weapons work, don’t test them on the battlefield. PUBG Mobile also has a training mode which allows you to try out all the weapons. You can also equip all the items and test all the vehicles.

Run

If multiple enemies are shooting at you, it is safer to flee. Don’t think twice about it, running can be wiser in many situations. Players rarely chase after you, and they won’t be able to shoot you while you run. Nonetheless, you need to make sure that you run in zig-zag.

Use bait

If you want to attract other players in your trap you can attract them with some loot. Leave items such as First Aid Kit in an area where they can be spotted easily. Hide and wait for enemies to arrive.
