Forgotton Anne

This game takes us right back to our childhoods and it has all the nostalgia of a Ghibli movie. The story revolves around Anne and the world in which she is living, populated by the spirits of forgotton obejects. The 2D animation combined with the beautiful storytelling make this game a memorable experience. The game was nominated for Excellence in Visual Art.

Return of the Obra Dinn

The game was created by Lucas Pope and in the game you get to explore a ship named Obra Dinnn. You task is to find out why its crew died. The game was nominated for Excellence in Visual Art, Excellence in Audio, Excellence in Design, Excellence in Narrative, and the Seumas McNally Grand Prize. We appreciate its storytelling, as well as its impressive visuals.

Moss

Moss was nominated for Excellence in Audio, but this is not its only strong point. The game uses VR features in order to transport the player in a fairytale world. Despite the fact that it is a VR game you won’t need a VR headset to play it.

Opus Magnum

This game is an open-ended puzzle which was developed by Zach Barth. The game was nominated for Excellence in Design and the Seumas McNally Grand Prize. It is one of the most satisfying puzzles once you get the hang of it, and it has plenty of twists.

Minit

Minit is a one of a kind game. What you should know about it is the fact that it is devided into 60-second parts, which means that you can play only one minut at a time.
