Hatching a Pokemon requires players to use an incubator and learning which incubator to use is essential in getting better.
The incubators can required players to walk 2km, 5km, 7km and 10km. The rewards given by the egg are going to be better with the longer the player has to walk for the egg to hatch. The game gives out to all players an incubator that can be used for an unlimited amount of times. Not just that, but some players get lucky and they receive incubators which are 3X faster than normal ones.
Obviously, the 3X incubators are more important than the normal ones and we advise all players to make sure to only use them for 10X eggs. The infinite incubator should always be used for 2km, 5km and 7km eggs while the faster incubator is used only on rare Pokemon.
