WhatsApp Business is the ideal solution for small business owners. The app makes WhatsApp available for businesses, and WhatsApp Business accounts can exist on the same device as a personal WhatsApp account.
Now the application is slowly rolling out on iOS devices as well. The app was released last month, but only in a couple of countries. Meanwhile, Android users had the app since last year. This means that the iPhone receives the app 14 months after Android phones received it. Mexico was the first country that released WhatsApp Business on iOS, last month.
Back when the app was launched, a blog post was used to make the announcement:

How is WhatsApp Business different?
The WhatsApp Business app allows business owners manage their interactions with customers who use the regular WhatsApp application to contact them. The app also makes it possible to share company details, including store address or email, by creating a business profile.The app is now available in multiple countries, including Mexico, India, Indonesia, Germany, Brazil, The United States and the UK and users from the rest of the world should be get it in the following weeks.
“Today we’re introducing the WhatsApp Business app for iOS. Like the Android version — which over the last year has been adopted by millions of businesses around the world — the WhatsApp Business app for iOS will include features to help small businesses and customers communicate,” reads a WhatsApp blog post published on Thursday.
There is also the WhatsApp Business API which is a service that can be used for a fee by larger companies. The API makes it possible for businesses to send notifications such as receipts and boarding passes and they cfan also respons to customer queries.
