After NetherRealm launched Mortal Kombat 11 in April, it was time for the players to go through the bloody fights and unlock as many achievements as possible. We all knew that more characters would be added with future DLCs, and Shang Tsung was confirmed earlier, along with other two unannounced characters.
The MK11 cast is just getting bigger and the leaks over the weekend have hyped all MK fans all over the world.
According to Comic Book, if you wrote “mortal kombat terminator game” or “mortalkombat Ash Williams” on Google, and you would see an official ad from the official Mortal Kombat website that mentioned DLCs for Mortal Kombat 11. Terminator was advertised as being a Mortal Kombat 11 DLC for a while until NetherRealm fixed the issue (before getting screenshots):
Hours later the same happened when you wrote Ash Williams, showing an ad similar to the one with Terminator. However, when clicking on the two ads, they only led to the Mortal Kombat website, not to the DLC pages.
What does this mean?
Ash Williams and Terminator could be the two unannounced Kombat Pack 1 DLC characters. The two ads might have been prepared for a future reveal, and Ash Williams and Terminator should soon be announced.
Why take these leaks seriously?
Recent leaks from the game’s files on Nintendo Switch also included the Ash Williams and Terminator. It would make sense for Terminator to appear in MK11, considering at E3 many Terminator crossovers were announced. When the two unannounced characters were teased, one of them had a sound that fits with of Ash Williams: the sound of a chainsaw and blood splatter.
Comic book theorizes that if the Ash Williams and Terminator leaks were accurate, then we should see Joker, Sheeva, and Fujin be part of the Kombat Pack 2.
