The Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories Will Be Available In The US In 2020

Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories is a Japenese action-adventure game. It was first released in Japan for PlayStation 4 last year, in October 2018, by Granzella.

The developing process of Disaster Report 4 was interrupted in 2011 when the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami hit the country. Eventually, due to popular demand, Granzella resumed the work on the game.

Last month, Granzella announced that their hit game would be launched for Nintendo Switch as well. However, western fans of the game have been wondering when will Disaster Report 4 be available for them to play. Thanks to NIS America, Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories will finally make its way west via a localized port on PS4. The game will be launched in the US at the beginning of 2020.

The Disaster Report game series gathered a big fanbase. The games are favorite for the eccentric style in which they portray natural disasters across Earth. It seems that the fourth game of the series will follow the same vibe of its predecessors.

Here is Granzella’s description of The Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories: “When a massive earthquake strikes your city, you find yourself at the epicenter of a chaotic and catastrophic crisis. It is up to you rise above the calamity, collect your thoughts and your fellow survivors, and outlast the disaster. Aftershocks, fire, falling buildings and debris, and unstable ground are but a few of the threats you will face in these nightmarish circumstances.”

The PS4 port of the Disaster Report 4 will also make it possible for the PlayStation VR to support the game, which causes a lot of excitement among headset users.
