Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super Is On the Way, Leaks Suggest

Even though the new RTX GPU series that Nvidia just released is a serious contender for AMD, it seems that the Santa Clara company doesn’t want to stop here, wanting to develop the powerful Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti Super graphics card.

This has not been confirmed by Nvidia itself, but there are new details that point to the possibility of a new RTX lineup, more potent than the one currently on the market.

New Contender Enter the Scene

AIDA64, a program designed for diagnostics and benchmarks for Windows added a datalog of an unannounced “Nvidia GeForce RTX T10-8” GPU, teasing perhaps the addition of a new graphics processor to Nvidia’s gaming lineup.

The only information we got so far is that its based on Nvidia’s TU102 die, the Turing architecture present in the Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti and GeForce Titan RTX series, suggesting that it might be another unit specifically designed for gaming.

Possible Features of Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti Super

Even though this is not confirmed, the new GPU might have a faster clock speed and some extra GBs of RAM in its pocket than the GeForce Titan RTX. If this will be the case, we can most definitely expect more CUDA cores delivered or faster memory speed, in the worst-case scenario, just what Nvidia did with the Nvidia RTX 2080 Super.

I think I speak on behalf of everyone when I say that we don’t want another tweaked RTX 2080 but has a Super written on it. The Nvidia RTX 2080 Super was a significant letdown, showing no significant increase in performance, but on the other side, being more expensive.

Will this new Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti Super card be the most powerful Nvidia card released to date, or will it be somewhere in-between? All we can say is that everything will be unveiled in due time.
