PlayStation 5 – Top Three Features That You Can Expect

PlayStation 5 or PS5 for short is expected to launch in 2020. Therefore, Sony might decide to announce the highly anticipated gaming console during the upcoming months in order to get the fans even more hyped up about it. Even though Sony has yet to confirm the official launch date of PS5, we already have a pretty good idea of what to expect thanks to previous leaks. Therefore, today we are going to present the top three features that we expect to see on PS5.

Top Three Features

  1. Backwards Compatibility

Backwards Compatibility is going to be featured on PS5 and there is no doubt about that. The reason why we are so confident this will happen is because Microsoft’s Xbox One already features a similar service and Sony is being left behind. Not only that, but there won’t be that many PS5 games available at launch date and Sony doesn’t have any other option than to introduce a Backwards Compatibility program as well.

  1. Improved GPU

This is a “no brainer”, but PS5 will ship with an improved GPU in comparison with PS4. PS5 is expected to feature native 4K graphics that run at more than 30 FPS and therefore, a new and more powerful GPU is required. In addition, multiple analysts are reporting that PS5 will offer up to ten teraflops of power!

  1. Exclusive Games

Even though exclusive games might not be considered as a standalone feature for PS5, we have to mention them. The reason why the current PS4 has the upper hand over Xbox One is because of the amazing exclusive titles it offers. PS4 games such as God of War are so popular that Xbox One fans are switching sides. Therefore, we strongly believe that PS5 will ship with a bunch of AAA exclusive titles on launch day.
