If you missed Kitana we have good news for you. A new Kombat 11 Trailer has been released and we get to see her once again. The trailer was released by NetherRealm, officially revealing Kitana as a character. You can watch the whole thing here.
The video also shows us more of D’vorah was first appeared in Mortal Kombat 10. In the trailer, we can see that she uses bees and insects against her enemies. However, when she has to face Kitana she stands no chance. The sharp fans of Kitana can cut through D’vorah easily.
At first fans were worried that Mortal Kombat 11 will leave Kitana aside this time around. That would have been a shame since Kitana is a classic character, that has been around for years. Fans received hope once again after Kitana was spotted in shots of the game’s menu screen. Now the announcement is official, as Kitana was announced through an official TV commercial.
Changes
It appears that the reveal of the character did stir up some controversy. The character received some design changes, and not all fans are happy with these. The main complaint was the fact that Kitana is “less sexy” than she used to be. The game designers decided to go with a more practical suit, and it appears that this has made several fanboys angry. The @OneAngryGamerHD Twitter account even tweeted “Mortal Kombat 11 Kitana Trailer Confirms She Has Smaller Boobs, No Sexy Bare Legs | #BonerKulture #MK11 #MortalKombat11 #NotMyKitana”. Of course, these are superficial complaints from gamers that care more about the sexiness of character than the game itself.
The game is almost out and it will be released on April 23. Mortal Kombat 11 will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
