Going back a couple of months, CD Projekt Red has revealed that E3 2019 will be the most important event from the entire company’s history. Adam Kicinski said that this year, the E3 event would be a massive thing for them, and then will be the best time for some game announcements. From what we can understand here is that CD Projekt Red is going to announce Cyberpunk 2077.
Going from March to the present, two days ago more precisely, the CFO Piotr Nielubowicz said in a financial report for the CD Projekt Red that the E3 2019 will be the most important E3 for the company, ever. They will showcase Cyberpunk 2077, and they also have an exciting line-up prepared for the event.
However, Nielubowicz hadn’t stopped with the information here. He has declared that the next flagship game, Cyberpunk 2077, is in full process and it’s going with full speed ahead. The company has involved around 400 people for the project. Only in the first quarter, CD Projekt Red had invested 25 million PLN on development for the new video game and the technology needed.

Besides this, when Nielubowicz says that the company will present the new line-up, it means that we will see multiple games going out. We can be sure and hope we aren’t wrong that Cyberpunk 2077 will be one of the games that the company is talking about, but we don’t know anything about the others.
Rumors are saying that GWENT will be one of them too. But maybe the company has in mind another AAA role-playing game for us, that’s in development, and it will be released somewhere in 2021.
To sum up, Cyberpunk 2077 is for sure in development for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Maybe even for the next-generation consoles, but we will find more at E3 2019, for sure!
