Dortmund, Germany hosted the second Pokemon Go event of the summer. Don’t worry if you can’t make the trip because you’ll still have the chance to catch the new Pokemon. Niantic is releasing more male Nidorans into the world as a result of the event. This happened on the 4th of July at 1 AM PT / 4 AM ET / 9 AM BST.
July 4th features in Pokemon Go
Niantic has more to offer at the new event. As witnessed in the last event in Chicago, the company will set up diverse Global Challenges.
These will be available for players worldwide. With enough completed challenges, players will receive various bonuses to enhance their gaming experience. I am sure everyone will be delighted to find out that one of these bonuses will be a chance to capture the Legendary Entei Pokemon.
Pokemon Go is currently celebrating its third anniversary and Niantic has lots of events and bonuses lined up to serve the occasion. Players can search the wild and find shiny Alolan forms of Rattata, Sandshrew, Vulpix, Diglett, Meowth, Geodude, Grimer, and Exeggutor.
Even party hat-wearing Pikachu is available during this time. Special research quests are available for players. Also, the Style Shop is the place to go for new avatar items that were developed by taking inspiration from the game’s three leaders.
Those who will participate in Raid Battles will see Gen 3 Legendary Groudon return for a limited period. The creature will make its presence known at Gyms until the 10th of July with shiny versions as well.
Groudon is not the only Legendary Gen 3 Pokemon to be found. He will be accompanied by Kyogre and Deoxys in the EX Raids.
Next Pokemon Go Community Day on July 21st will come up with new features, also
July 21st will be the next Community Day for Pokemon Go. Mudkip will hold a special place at this time. As a water-type Pokemon, he will appear in the wild quite often. He will be able to evolve into his final form, Swampert. If a player manages to this by the event’s end, a special move will be unlocked.
Capturing Pokemon during the Pokemon Go Community Day event gives players three times more XP than usual.
