How to Reset Google Play Store
To reset your Google Play Store app, follow the set of steps below:
- Remove Google Account
Play Store requires a Google account, so the most basic thing to do here is to remove your account.
To do this, follow the steps below:
- Click on the home menu icon on your phone.
- Find and click on Settings.
- Tap on Accounts.
- In the next window, select
- Locate and click on your original account (the one registered on Play Store).
- In the next window, click on the Remove account
- Confirm action, as prompted.

- Remove Play Store Updates
To do this, follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings.

- Confirm action: tap OK, when prompted to reset the app to factory version.
