Apex Legends Is Down: How Long Will the Outage Last?

As per hundreds of online reports, Apex Legend is down tonight.

Apparently, the issues started in the last hour, and the number of complaints has been slowly going up ever since.

In the meantime, Downdetector sites come with a massive uptick in comments. Clearly, there is a server outage, and many people are wondering when will the game start working again.

We are not sure that is the reason behind this problem, and the EA services seem to be limited on this matter. “Down in Georgia since I started trying at 11:00 am EST,” one affected user wrote on a site.

If the outage continues, EA is expected to write a statement on this matter. We are all waiting for an update about this situation.

The good news is that the recent Apex server outages have been short. This means that this one will probably not last long either.

About Apex Legends

In case you’ve been living under a rock, Apex Legends is a free-to-play battle royale game, which was published by Electronic Arts and developed by Respawn Entertainment. It was released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows on the 4th of February, 2019. They did not do any kind of marketing and announcements before.

The game comes with many elements from a variety of video games, such as the Titanfall series from Respawn. They also got elements from class-based shooters, battle royale games and those fantastic games that come with narratives. Sixty players are bound to play against each other on an island. There are squads of three, and one player controls where their squad lands. Each team has to look for weapons and any other resources that will help them fight another squads. The goal is to win the match.
