Not just that, but the Community Day event is also going to give players the chance to earn a plethora of rewards alongside catching rare Pokemon that are nearly impossible to find when the Community Day event is not live.

March Community Day Event

The March Community Day event is going to last for three hours. We advise all Pokemon Go player to head outside and to start catching as many Pokemon as they can because the spawn rate will be higher than usual. We know that most players will feel under pressure because of the short time span of the event and therefore, we are going to share a couple of tips and tricks for the event to help players get as many rewards as possible.

Featured Pokemon

The game developer assigns a featured Pokemon during each Community Day event and that Pokemon will spawn more frequently than usual. This month’s Pokemon is none other than Treecko. This is a grass-type Pokemon and he can evolve into Sceptile. Players should keep in mind that the effects of Egg Incubators will be 4x more effective during the event.

Start Time

Considering that the event lasts for only three hours, Pokemon Go players need to mark the exact start time on their calendars in order to avoid being late. With that said, the event will run from 11 AM to 2 PM PT in North America and from 10 AM to 1 PM UTC in Europe. Basically, the event is going to start at 3 PM and end at 6 PM local time. It’s easier to keep this in mind than to convert the PT and UTC time zones.
