We are looking forward to seeing the new Honor View 20 device, which is Huawei’s budget e-brand. The company is already planning to launch a new flagship device, after the 2018’s Honor 10 handset. As you probably already know, the new smartphone will be called Honor 20. We recently got the official confirmation about its release in London. It will happen sooner than expected, and we cannot be more excited!
When is the release date?
According to a recent tweet, the Honor 20 handset will be released on the 21st of May. It will happen at an event that will take place in London, UK.
The release date was made public through a matematical ecuation. Those who wanted to find the date had to solve this: 444+4x4x4+(4+4)/4+44/4. The result revealed the fact that the phone will come out on the 21st of May.
What should be expect from Honor 20?
We do not know much from the leaks, but the handset will probably come with 4 rear cameras. We are certain that it will be powered by the powerful Kirin 980 octa-core processor. This processor was first seen in the Mate 20 Pro. It also came with the Honor View 20 and in the Huawei P30 Pro. If we are to take into account the previous models, the Honor 20 might come with 6GB or 8GB worth of RAM, 128GB or 256GB worth of built-in storage. It might also run the Magic OS 2.1, which is the operating system that is based on Android Pie.
What about the MicroSD card support?
We are not sure if there will be a MicroSD card support, due to the fact that there is none on the View 20. We are not even sure about the audio jack, either.
The price of Honor 20
We are expecting the device to cost about £400.
