WhatsApp Business can also be used with a landline phone number. All you have to do is select the “Call me” option when you need to receive a confirmation code. Both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger can be used on the same phone, but a different phone number needs to be chosen for each one.
WhatsApp Web is also available for WhatsApp Business and it makes it a lot simpler to communicate with your clients by using your computer. WhatsApp Business also has all the regular features that come with the normal WhatsApp app.

WhatsApp Business 2.19.45 beta was recently released. The new update comes with a couple of features. For instance, you can now filter chat lists. You can see all the read chats for instance, and the same goes for the unread ones.
It is now possible to see label indicators. More than that, those labels can be filtered if you use the chat list filtering icon when you use the web version of WhatsApp.
Finally, the latest WhatsApp Business version allows its users to share short links. The link looks like this wa.me/your_number and it makes it a lot simpler to get in touch with your customers.
