Mega Man, or Rockman as he is known in Japan, is one of the most popular video game franchises of all time. The first title in the series was released in 1987, and over 50 games have been released. More than 35 million units have been sold until March 2019.

The main series includes eleven games. A spin-off called Mega Man and Bass along with ports for the Game Boy, Sega Genesis, and other console games are also available. The original series, the Mega Man X, Mega Man Zero, Mega Man ZX, and Mega Man Legends share the same timeline while Mega Man Battle Network and Mega Man Star Force feature their distinct timelines.

The series has enjoyed a large amount of success, and there have been some ventures into other types of media, among which we can count a TV series, art books, comics, and an OVA.

The listing is no longer available on the PSN Store.
