Leaked screen protectors have always been a great news source for upcoming smartphones. The same thing happened to the Sony Xperia XZ4. The phone is supposed to continue the legacy of the Xperia XZ3, and thanks to the latest leaks, we have an idea about how it will look like.

The images show screen protectors which have been reported as belonging to the Xperia XZ4. The first thing that we can notice from the images is the size of the display. It appears that the upcoming Sony smartphone will be a bit longer than the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, as well as the Huawei Mate 2 Pro phones.

Design and notches

The alleged screen protector offered us one important detail about the design of the Sony Xperia XZ4. It appears that the smartphone won’t come with notches, and it has a tall display panels. The screen is almost edge-to-edge, but there appear to be thin bezels, if we observe the screen protector carefully.

From the images we can also see that at the top of the screen there is the camera sensor, as well as the LED notification light. Some people were quick to point out that this is quite similar to the design of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

The same source which published the screen protector also had some images with the back of the phone. Basically, we can see a protective case. Thanks to these pictures we can tell that the smartphone will come with a triple camera setup, and a LED flash module on its back.

On the right side of the Sony Xperia XZ4 there is the volume rocker, as well as the power/lock key and the fingerprint scanner. There is also a fourth button which we believe that it is a camera shutter button.
