The Google Play Store is essential for all Android users as this is the place from where games, apps, music, books and movies can be downloaded. This is the reason why it is very important that it works properly. However, the app does have some errors from time to time.

Error code 505 and 103
This code means that the Play Store couldn’t be installed on your device, and you should see the ‘Unknown error code during application install: ‘505’’ message. In order to fix this error, you should try clearing your cache. If that doesn’t work, resetting your Google Account might do the trick.
Error code 403
This error code means ‘The download is impossible, and the request is forbidden.’ In order to fix this error, you need to make sure that you are not using two Google accounts at the same time. You can also try using an alternate Google account.
Error code 497
This error means that there is a ‘Problem downloading or updating apps from the Play Store.’ In order to fix this error you can try deleting the Google Play Store and Google Services Framework data. You can find the data if you go to Settings. Once you do that you have to delete your Google account from the device and then reboot.
Error code 498
This error means ‘Interruption of downloads from Google Play Store.’ It might show up because you don’t have enough space. Try deleting unused apps. You should also clean your entire cache partition. You need to reboot your device and then format the cache partition. Your personal data won’t be deleted.
