The smartphone market has evolved a lot in the past years, and new competitors have appeared. If back in the day Apple and Samsung were the most popular options, nowadays there are many reliable phone manufacturers.
2019 is expected to be a great year for smartphones, as numerous models have already been announced. However, there might be one handset that you haven’t heard about just yet. Meizu is preparing to release the Note 9, and the device is expected to be a powerful one.
The Meizu Note 9 was spotted on GeekBench, which means that the device is almost complete and it won’t take long until it will be released. If we take a look at the GeekBench results, we can see that the Note 9 has good results.
In fact, the phone scored 6027 for the multi-core test and it scored 2404 points in the single core tests. These are good results and they show us that the phone will be a reliable one. GeekBench also offered us other hardware details.
The device is a powerful one, and it comes with the Qualcomm octa-core Snapdragon 675 CPU under its hood. The CPU clocks at 2.0 GHx and it also comes with 6 GB of RAM and an Adreno 612 GPU. There will also be two options of storage for the phone: 64 GB and 128 GB. The bad news is that you won’t be able to expand the storage via a microSD card. When it comes to the camera of the phone, we have no details so far.
Since the phone already showed up on the benchmarking website, it shouldn’t take long until Meizu makes an official announcement. The phone is expected to come out this year as well, and experts anticipate that the Note 9 will have an accessible price.
