How to get it
In order to make the most out of it, you need to have the app installed on your phone – you probably do. Go to the WhatsApp web site. When you open it, the website will show you a page with a QR code. Then you’ll have to scan that code with your phone. Tap the three dots from the upper-right corner of the screen. After this, select WhatsApp Web/Desktop.
Now, you need to choose the “Scan QR Code” option. After selecting it, the phone will ask your permission to use the camera. For this to work, you need to allow it. Then all you need to do is scan it.
If you scanned it correctly, you would see all the WhatsApp messages and your chat history on the WhatsApp Web.
You can close the app on your phone, the web version will still work.
