The announcement of the new device
Back in April, Xiamo announced on Twitter the launch of a new smartphone that will be equipped with a Snapdragon 700 kind of processor, perhaps the new Snapdragon 730. We have reasons to believe that this new device will actually be the upcoming Xiamo Mi A3. We heard that it will be released first in India.
Rumors about the Mi A3 features
A source told us that Mi A3 will have a similar display to Honor View 20. In this case, we should expect a punch hole display. We don’t know for sure if this will be true or if the source is reliable, but any piece of information is precious at this moment.
Other rumors claim that Xiamo Mi A3 will feature the Snapdragon 675 SOC a not all of the other options that we mentioned before. We can’t say which one is more likely to be true, so we’ll wait and see.
The design of the upcoming Xiamo Mi A3
When it comes to the design, we are expecting a few things. First one will be a rectangular and, at the same time, a water-drop notch. The bottom bezel will probably be seen on Xiaomi Mi A3.
On the back of the phone there will probably be a dual-camera setup, placed on the center and not on the left, as we were used to.
It looks like the fingerprint reader is also a done deal, and we are expecting to see it under the display.
