FIFA 21 is now around a month away, and it won’t be long before you can start assembling your Ultimate Team, and of course, getting your hands on the FUT Web & Companion App.

FIFA 21 Web App Release Date
FIFA 21’s Web App should arrive the day before FIFA 21 is likely to become available on EA Access, which would be Wednesday, 30 September 2020.

With the game’s full release date on 9 October – the FUT Web App gets you access to your squad nine days before the rest.
When will we get a preview of the FUT Web App?
August is full of reveals for FIFA 21. After a slightly light FIFA 21 trailer, we were treated to a closer look at new gameplay features.
But will the FUT Web App get its own time in the spotlight? Well, it certainly wouldn’t be a bad idea, but it is not explicitly listed amongst the other August reveals.
The Ultimate Team reveal is up next, so it appears this list is not in order. EA are really keeping us on our toes!
What is the FUT Web App?
The FUT Web App is the official platform to buy and sell players on the Ultimate Team transfer market even before the game launches.
You can also open FUT packs and participate in Squad Building Challenges (SBCs).
Will the FIFA 21 Web App be free?
If you were thinking that the Web App was a paid add-on, think again.
With the FIFA 20 web app being free, we’re expecting that the FIFA 21 web app will follow the same trend this year too!
That means that you won’t have to shell out to start raking in the digital gold!
Next Gen
Next-Gen is coming in fast, and although we don’t have an official release date for the Xbox Series X and PS5, we’re expecting to see some very powerful features on show come Holiday 2020.
With App development itself being dynamic by nature, it will be interesting to see how the app will utilise next-gen technology.

The next generation sure is an exciting one – fingers crossed they’ll have the app to match!
Ahead of the pack
The FUT Web App allows you to open your loyalty rewards packs for buying the next game in the FIFA series.
Typically, you are rewarded a few gold packs and some mixed player packs at the beginning of the game – and remember all cards are worth something, thanks to SBCs.

This means there is even less worth in discarding the contents of these packs.
Hold on to these players until at least the release of FIFA 21.
FUT Companion App
The Web App can also be downloaded straight to your device in the form of the FUT Companion App.
Is it for Android or IOS?
The great news is that you can download the app from both the Apple App Store or Google Play for Android.

Simply head to the relevant store for your device, select it, and start to reap the benefits of the app!
Pre-Orders Now Open
The FUT Web App is one way to get a head start on Ultimate Team, but if you pre-order certain editions of FIFA 21, you’ll be granted three days early access to the full game!

Beta
Something you may not know is that there is a closed beta for FIFA titles.
Players who have racked up the hours on FIFA on certain game modes will get the opportunity to beta test.
There is likely to be separate beta testers for each of Career Mode, Ultimate Team, Pro Clubs & Volta Football.
